The United Nations Economic Commission for Europe collates and publishes data relating to: dwelling stock and structure of dwelling construction; dwellings completed by type of investor and by type of material used for load-bearing structure; energy consumption by household, consumer price and rent indices; value of construction put in place; indices of employment and unemployment in the construction industry; structure of the building industry; input and output price indices for housing construction; production and wholesale price indices of building materials, production, trade and apparent consumption of cement; average size and distribution by number of persons per household and tenure status; and occupied conventional dwellings by number of rooms and number of persons.
