Absence of organization training

  • Lack of trained managers
  • Deficient management skills

Claim

  1. Good managers (or "suits" as they have become colloquially known) should possess that remarkable quality known as "tact". This ability to not call a spade a spade is a talent that is worth a great deal, and every organization must possess people with this talent. There is a role for both suits and workers as leaders. Suits make better speeches and always look good while doing so, and they are very much better at attracting funding (unfortunately almost the prime requirement for a leader).
