Actively seek to diversify representation in governing body.

Solicit involvement of women, client groups, youth, the disadvantaged and other under-represented constituents on boards and committees. Review membership protocols and guides and, where required, alter governing structures and procedures to encourage more democratic decision. Adopt the principle of a fixed and/or rotating term of office for key decision-making positions.
