Discrimination against foreign nationals in the military service

Foreign nationals who are members of the military service may not receive the same rights and benefits as national members, such as the rights and benefits derived in case of death or disability.

The Jews who fought during WW II with the British against the Germans in the Middle East did not receive the same compensations as did their British counterparts.
