Sustaining organization

Description

Instituting a shared discipline among people engaged in a social mission to enable them to continue working at the task of caring for the world. It includes the use of common symbols, decor and rituals, regular accountability and absolution, a system of reporting from the local to the global and vice versa, and common study materials. It would also include the creation of a quarterly and annual rhythm for planning, celebrations, reflections and retreats, as well as common assignments, financial participation and access to decision-making.

Counter claim
