Strengthening cooperation among international organizations

In 1993, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies has upgraded its cooperation with the European Community Humanitarian Office (ECHO), with which a partnership was signed. The Federation continued its close cooperation with NGOs, whilst aiming to have a regular presence at meetings with other important NGOs such as the Inter-Parliamentary Union.
