Reshaping societal control dynamics

Description

Channelling production forces by informing, protecting and empowering the individual. The effect is to make the individual responsible and empowered to hold structures accountable to real human needs.

Context

An integral part of recasting productive engagement to affect production which is equitable in terms of global needs and creative employment of human energies.

Implementation

Tactics include: dialogue mechanisms to establish useful dialogue in widely representative groups such as business forums, employee forums, global interchanges, and consumer associations, and to be initiated in other ways by roving teams; impartial accountability to ensure minimum standards of goods and services, coordinated regionally, through the setting of such standards, consumer education, regulation of advertising, and establishment of quality verification; applied consensus to provide corporate decision-making at the individual level by exercising workshop methods, corporate planning, stockholder consultations, consultations with minority groups, and open meetings; model development is intended to relate the flow of production to needs, while focusing on the future, systems research, needs problems, workshop applications, and market reports; and monitored consumption to provide a balance between production and consumption by regulative legislation, price controls, enforcement agencies, consumer redress procedures, and protection of consumer needs in minority communities. An example of this would be the researching and assembling of data on any given resource such as gas or oil and the enactment of necessary legislation, or regulations to provide equitable use for the ultimate benefit of all.
