Reintegrating work, play and learning

Claim

  1. We analyse life by breaking it down into three types of activity: work, play and learning. We separate these activities by creating institutions exclusively devoted to one type of activity. This separation of activities takes life itself apart. We have to reintegrate work, play and learning, and there is not better place to start than in the workplace.

  2. When work, play and learning are united, work become fun. Nothing can increase the productivity of labour and the quality of its output as much as fun.
