Creating a vision relating to, involving, including, adapted to, distributed over, or extending throughout the entire world.

1. Global vision from a commercial viewpoint would be looking upon the world as if it were one corporation -- "Earth Inc" The first thing a corporation would do is take inventory. Who has what? Who will produce what? How are we spending our budget? The idea is to manage the planet as one country. Instead the International Monetary Fund is telling Venezuela to open its market, but it does not tell the USA to open its market. How can that be global?
