Apart from carrying out research on women's roles in the development process, INSTRAW maintains a documentation centre with a collection of United Nations documents on women and development issues and a computerized bibliography database of more than 2000 entries. INSTRAW also publishes INSTRAW NEWS twice a year in English, French, and Spanish, and uses its in-house publishing capabilities to produce a large number of documents, reports and public information material such as features, press releases, poster and information booklets. INSTRAW also produces programmes for radio and television.
