An integral part of embodying vocational assignments, to allow the individual to be conscious of his work as a dynamic and covenanted missional assignment to the community.

Tactics include: focused thrust to provide a common format, coordinate global forces, and ritualize reporting; accountability design to forge intentional grass roots leadership, and task-oriented styles; formulated need to discern vocational trends and provide futuric models; assignment workshop to research meaning of assignments and provide the context for agreement on work assignments; and participation recruitment to solicit participants in decision-making by consensus on assignment rationales. An example is the labour force participating in the decisions of their corporation relative to international investments.
