Facilitating global partnership of non-governmental organizations

Serve as an instrument for the development, growth and improvement of like-minded voluntary agencies and their activities; encourage the establishment of national councils and other groupings of voluntary agencies; encourage and sponsor meetings of voluntary agencies and other bodies dealing with similar problems.
