Extorting

Description

Obtaining from another by force or intimidation.

Claim

In societies where legal recourse is impossible, restitution may be obtained by threat or act of physical violence.

Counter-claim

Once known to be in use, extortion is more and more difficult to apply. It assumes unwillingness of the donor and, once applied, it creates such unwillingness.
