Enabling everyone to participate responsibly in re-imaging and regulating the political and economic dimensions of life; also training an individual to enlarge his scope of policy-making to a global level while participating on a grass roots level, and while gathering, coordinating and distributing global information. This will be done in order to enable the individual to participate in decisions and policies assuring equal distribution of all goods and services.
Tactics include: globalizing bureaucratic policies, localizing regulatory participation, revitalizing bureaucratic bodies, researching regulatory priorities, and expanding administrative interchange.
