The International Centre for the Terminology of the Social Sciences prepares comprehensive and systematic manuals of terminology covering the entire field of the social sciences. It also prepares terminological glossaries on specific subjects requested by international organizations, serves as a clearing-house for terminological information and documentation, with a view to contributing to its uniformity and standardization and gives advice on problems of terminology.
