Coordinating educational research and development

UNESCO's programme includes the following elements: undertaking cooperative research and training programmes in adult and continuing education; conducting cooperative research and training projects on selected issues related to non-formal basic education for adults and out-of-school youth; strengthening networking and information exchange.
