Giving society insight into the concerns of minority groups. The effect is the creation of openness to accept responsible dissent and the activation of interchange between the minority and the society as a whole.
An integral part of incorporating minority voices by honouring minority wisdom in decision-making processes.
Tactics include: multi-media attitude to bring about a positive attitudinal change in multi-media toward minorities; recontextualized dissent to give a new image of minorities to societies; informed establishment to provide for the establishment of adequate and unbiased information concerning issues of importance to minorities; minority interchange to enable communication between minorities and majorities; and catalytic forces to put into action forces which will get the minority voice into the social process. An example of this is Gandhi whose non-violent direct action tactics created an attitude of openness to dissent and activated interchange between the common man of India and the British colonialists.
