Torture through denial of sanitary facilities

In the process of humiliating victims of torture they are denied the use of sanitary facilities or fresh clothing. Cells are unsanitary and are without toilets or wash basins.

Denial sanitary has been reported in the following countries: (Africa) Mauritania, South Africa; (America) Argentina; (Asia) Afghanistan, Israel.
