In many parts of Eastern Europe there is no street lighting even in the cities. The ensuing darkness endangers the lives of pedestrians and cyclists.

Claim

Road hazards are a critical and urgent problem that demands immediate attention. Every day, countless lives are put at risk due to neglected potholes, poor signage, and reckless driving.
