Malevolence

Vicious ill will, hatred and acts of destructiveness or spite, arise out of a propensity in the personality for this type of distortion. Malevolence is a pathological condition in the mind, a tumour-like complex of festering vengeance, grudge-holding, jealousy or self-justification. It can seize tribal or national leaderships and lead to bitter and bloody warfare.
