Infringement of national airspace

During the Middle East crisis, Israel was frequently accused of provocative overflying of the territories of Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Jordan. Such infringement of national airspace was a common feature of the Cold War period prior to the shift to satellite surveillance.
