Fear of sexual intercourse

Genophobia is the fear of sexual relations and/or sexual intercourse. People develop genophobia for different reasons: former incidents of sexual assaults or abuse, feelings of intense shame or medical reasons around body image, or gender dysphoria. Others may have the fear without any diagnosable reason.
