Farmer's lung

Farmer's lung is an allergic disease due to inhaled organic dusts, affecting mainly the alveoli. The main causes of the disease are the spores of certain thermophilic actinomycetes, particularly Micropolyspora faeni and, to a lesser degree, Thermoactinomyces vulgaris.
