Abuse of brothel legislation

The laws governing prostitution from country to country do not cover the cases of women prostitutes working as illegal aliens, procured from poorer countries by international syndicates. Further, all-male establishments catering to homosexuals are not effectively served by legislation created for traditional, heterosexual brothels.
