Sentiment

Perception involving an element of judgement coloured by emotion, sentiment occurs in the process of self-development on association with objects about which there is strong feeling and is accompanied by feelings of pleasure or pain. Sentiments are highly organized systems of emotions which arise in relation to the class of object which excite them.
