Description

During the meditation session, the meditator has reached the ability to uninterruptedly engage his mind with perfect concentration on its object. Mind control and the controlling factor are equally balanced. Among the six powers, effort has matured.

Context

This is the eighth of the nine states of mental abiding (navakara chittasthiti) in Gelugpa Tibetan Buddhism.
