Description

1. In the Roman Catholic church the protest against Papal and Curia secrecy and autonomy and the demand for a democratic share in policy making by the episcopacy, in particular, by the College of Cardinals.

2. In political and administrative science, collegiality is that form whereby authority and control are said to be exercised by a group of equals (in consultation or in decision-making).
